You must be at least 18 years old to use jilibit. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses forfeited.
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using your own verified payment method only. Payments through third parties are not accepted.
Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. The required bet amount must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. Members are solely responsible for any unauthorized access to their account.
Fraud, use of bots, money laundering, and any other dishonest activity are strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be involved in such conduct will be permanently closed.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
To open an account with jilibit, you must meet the following requirements:
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. Any attempt to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, and all related bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in your account being closed at any time. If your details change, notify jilibit support immediately.
Opening an account under someone else's name or with false information is strictly prohibited and may also lead to legal complications.
Jilibit operates as a safe and legitimate platform, which is why we verify the identity of all members. KYC completion is mandatory before making withdrawals or conducting transactions above a specified limit.
KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during the verification process.
You can deposit at jilibit using Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are normally credited instantly. If yours is delayed for any reason, please contact support with your transaction ID.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times may vary:
Jilibit processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is required.
Your KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is still pending.
Jilibit offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must meet the specified wagering requirements before making a withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
Systematically placing bets with the intent to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited. If detected, all bonuses and winnings will be voided.
All games on jilibit are operated in accordance with international standards. Every game outcome is determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator). jilibit does not interfere with the results of any game.
If your internet connection drops or a technical issue occurs mid-game, jilibit will generally determine the outcome based on the last known game state. However, if a server-side error is confirmed, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a live sports event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

Server logs are considered final and conclusive evidence in any dispute regarding game outcomes. For payment-related disputes, please submit your transaction ID and screenshot.
Dispute timeframe: All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the game or transaction in question. Complaints raised after this period may not be considered.
